Video Blog. Our first week.

Tintin, upon arriving in the Philippines, surprised me by bringing with him a new Macbook and HDV video recorder. It seems that not only will our trip be documented in words and pictures but also with video. We are still working out the technicalities of uploading his HDV video to the Macbook however we have managed to make and edit some short video blogs this past week. Okay by "we" I really mean Tintin. Below is the end result.

Hi Llyod!

I was nominated to be a Peace Corps Volunteer last year but had to take a job an delay it. I'm thinking of maybe trying for the Philippines and I want to ask you some questions about your time there. I will be in the Philippines from Dec.18 - Jan 5, are you still there? If not I'd love to chat with you and /or meet up with current PCV's who are still in country.

I'm a Television Producer so I really loved your video blog on Youtube!

I can be reached at gotime@earthlink.net or +1 604 418 0473.

Thanx and Happy Holidays!

Sincerely,

Tim Scott

Lloyd! Thanks for keeping us up to date. Thank Tints for the video. That is great. It's good to see you again. Anyways, I can't wait to see you in May. It looks to be another good concert season this summer. Rumer is that Led Zep will be playing Bonnaroo. Just a rumer, but if it holds true, I and Bryan will be there. Well, be safe. I'll see you later.
